Myles V. Holyfield has been working the healthcare field since 1991 and has been a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator since 1993.  He was an active Administrator for several years before moving into the contract therapy business.  Myles spent a considerable amount of time in therapy management at the area, Regional and State levels.  He was then recruited into the consulting business in 1999.  The opportunity presented itself for him to form his own consulting company in 2001, Agentive Healthcare Consulting.  He has worked as a consultant for over 20 years in the southeast United States.  Additionally, Myles is intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.  Myles has held roles managing multiple facilities, Executive Vice President of Operations, and President of Agentive Healthcare Consulting.

Mr. Holyfield recently merged Agentive Healthcare Consulting with Legacy Management Group of Louisiana, LLC.  The Group currently owns and/or manages eight Skilled Nursing Facilities.  He is presently the Senior Vice President for Legacy Management Group of Louisiana.
